Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Open to Ireland residents aged 18 and over.
- Entries received at any time after the prescribed closing time and date will not be considered as a valid entry into the competition.
- The winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be informed by a message/email within 7 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 7 days or a new winner will be chosen.
- If, having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winner, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Slumbersac will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner’s address provided following successful notification of the prize. Slumbersac is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize should an address be entered incorrectly.
- The prize is non-exchangeable and non- transferrable.
- Winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
- The promoter is Slumbersac Trading Company Ltd.
- Slumbersac reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Slumbersac reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
